Return Request

To start the return/exchange process, please fill out the form below. We will then start the return process on our side.

 

Please Note:

  1. We cannot arrange for exchange to be picked up on the same day as you fill out this form. Please select a pick up date that is the next business day.
  2. If you want to exchange, we will dispatch your new item once we have received your returned items at our warehouse and have done a quality check on the products.
  3. Shipping of exchanges takes between 2-5 business days.
  4. All returns must be done within 15 days of receipt of your order.
  5. We pay for 1 return per order. If you would like to return for the second time, we charge you R70. 
  6. We organize the return and will arrange the courier for you.
  7. Please note, that we only process returns if items have all tags attached, have no marks or stains and have not been worn.
