Delivery, Returns & Pre-orders


Lara Fay Activewear uses different courier companies within South Africa. We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Please allow for up to 5 days for delivery depending on your location. 

All packages must be signed for when delivered - please make sure that when making your purchase, you provide an address where there will be somebody to sign between working hours. We cannot ship to PO Box numbers.

We currently only deliver within South Africa.

Free Delivery on all orders over R499, otherwise a R50 delivery fee will be added.


Pre-Order Items 

You will know that an item is on Pre-Order when there is a tab of the word "Pre-order" on the item. A preorder will generally arrive within 4 - 6 weeks’ time. However, on certain occasions, there might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, fabric availability etc.). Such delays will be communicated to customers as soon as we can.

Please note that for pre-orders, if the item that you are ordering is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control, you will be refunded or store credits will be given to you (as per your preference).

Pre-order products can be bought together with available products . If ordering pre-order items with items currently in stock, your order will be sent once pre-order items arrive, unless prior arrangements have been made. 


Returns & Exchanges

When purchasing your items, please have a look at the sizing guides for accurate sizing. Should you have any queries regarding sizes, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Should your order arrive and is the wrong size, you may return for an exchange of the right size. Please note, that we only process returns if items have all tags attached, have no marks or stains and have not been worn. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange should the items be worn or in unfit condition to resell.

All returns must be done within 15 days of receipt of your order.

We offer FREE returns and will arrange the courier for you.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please allow 10 working days for us to receive your item(s), process your return and confirm your exchange or refund

We only allow one exchange per garment.

We don't allow returns of masks or facecovers for hygiene reasons. 

Email and let us know which item you will be returning. 

Regrettably we can not offer returns or exchanges on international orders - the reason being, South Africa customs charges us duty to bring the item back into the country and it becomes an unjustifiably costly process.


Damaged Items

We will exchange or refund your item if your item arrived damaged. We require photographic proof of the damaged garment. All items are checked before shipping to our customers.
